Justice for Life has already proposed in two studies, the first of which was published in 2022 entitled “Returnees without identity”, and was preceded by a study entitled ” Loss of Evidentiary Documents in Syria… Awaiting Fundamental Solutions” in 2020. The two studies highlighted the need to work on finding fundamental long-term solutions to end the situation of the inability of displaced people to obtain identity papers or obtain a replacement for lost, and also mentioned the possibility of finding temporary solutions until final solutions are reached.
