Earlier this morning a WFP (World Food Programme) plane dropped the first cargo of 21 tons of items into Deir al-Zor, O’Brien said.
As confirmed by eye-witnesses, six containers were dropped by air. A confidential source said that the containers include food items and were received by the SARC branch of Deir Ezzor.
